When patients call a dental clinic powered by Clinic Front AI (operated by MCAI Consulting), our AI phone receptionist may ask for a mobile phone number to send an appointment confirmation via text message.

By providing a phone number during a call, the patient consents to receive SMS messages related to their dental appointment.

Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, rescheduling notices, and cancellation notices only. No marketing messages are sent from this number.

What Messages You Will Receive

SMS messages sent through Clinic Front AI are strictly transactional and appointment-related. You may receive:

We do not send promotional messages, advertisements, or marketing communications via SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency: 1–3 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Stop Messages

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number.
